Shipping Policy

At Haus of Winston, we ship Australia-wide with care. All orders are fulfilled by our trusted partners and shipped directly to your door.

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2–5 business days after payment has been confirmed. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking information.

Please note that business days exclude weekends and public holidays.

Shipping Within Australia

We currently ship exclusively within Australia.

Estimated Delivery Time: 7–20 business days

Delivery timeframes are estimates only and may vary due to public holidays, courier delays, weather events, high-demand periods, or remote delivery locations.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number. Please allow a few days for tracking updates to become available after dispatch.

Multiple Items

In some cases, items in the same order may be shipped separately due to product availability or warehouse location. If this occurs, you may receive multiple tracking numbers.

Shipping Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. If you notice an error, please contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has been dispatched, we may be unable to change the delivery address.

Delays & Lost Parcels

If your order has not arrived within 30 business days of dispatch, please contact us at thehausofwinston@gmail.com.

We will investigate the issue with the carrier and, where appropriate, arrange a replacement or refund.

International Sourcing

Some products may be sourced from international warehouses and shipped directly to Australia. Any applicable duties, taxes, or fees required for delivery will be displayed at checkout where applicable.
