Return & Refund Policy
At Haus of Winston, we want you to love every item you receive. While we do not accept returns, we are happy to offer refunds or reshipments for eligible orders based on the nature of the issue.
Damaged or Faulty Items
If your item arrives damaged or faulty, we’ll make it right. Simply email us within 7 days of delivery with:
- Your order number.
- A clear photo or video of the item and the issue.
Once approved, we’ll offer you a replacement or a full refund.
Incorrect or Missing Items
If you received the wrong product or something’s missing from your order, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your parcel. We’ll send out the correct item or issue a refund if applicable.
Haven’t Received Your Order?
If your package hasn’t arrived within 30–60 days (depending on your location), let us know. After confirming the issue, we’ll refund your purchase or reship the order at no extra cost.
We Do Not Accept Returns
Due to the nature of our fulfilment process, we do not accept returns at this time. Please double-check your order details before completing your purchase.
Refunds Are Not Issued For:
- Change of mind
- Incorrect address provided at checkout
- Delays still within the standard delivery timeframe
- Sale or clearance items (unless damaged or incorrect)
