Where do you ship?

We currently ship to addresses within Australia only.

How much is shipping?

Shipping is free on all orders, Australia-wide.

How long will my order take to arrive?

Our average shipping time is 10 days from dispatch. Orders are processed within 2–3 business days.

Can I return my item?

We don’t accept returns, but if your item arrives damaged or faulty, we’ll happily send a replacement or issue a refund. Just contact us within 7 days with a photo of the issue.
